So, as I'm sure you could tell, there were no cookies made yesterday.  Sadly, due to both mine and Nicole's schedules last night we were unable to get anything made but we promise to return tonight with not 1 but 2 cookies!  Nicole is actually on-call all weekend for work (she's a hospice nurse), so Mom is going to step in and serve as a special guest baker with me this evening.
